What are the selection criteria?Danone is looking for students that are CODE (Committed, Open, Doer, Empowered). Candidates will be selected based upon various factors such as the number of different languages spoken, the year of study, the motivation to participate in the TRUST 7 challenge and the individual profile of each member. How do I know whether my team has been selected or not?We will keep you informed on your selection status at every stage of the TRUST challenge. When selected or not, a message will be sent to you and we will notify the team accordingly of the next steps. How should I prepare for the TRUST challenge? You need to understand DANONE's culture and thus we recommend that you attend the University Road show, read about DANONE and go to our website (www.danone.com). Why should I submit my individual application? Each team member brings something into the team with his / her profile. We choose teams on a basis of individual profiles of the members and their inter-relation. The more competencies the individuals have the better. The more diverse and complementary their profiles are to each other the better. Submitting all members CVs is a necessary condition to validate the team registration. Is the TRUST challenge linked with the recruitment process? The TRUST challenge is synergetic, but not directly linked with recruitment. While filling in the individual application form you will be asked whether you agree to DANONE processing your data for recruitment purposes. If you answer YES, you may be invited for an interview, independently of the TRUST process and results. Timing of such an interview will not have anything to do with the timeline of the TRUST challenge. Individuals whose teams were not selected for further stages may be invited to interviews equally as TRUST challenge winners. The fact that someone was part of the team who won the university, national or international contest does not automatically become a job guarantee within DANONE. Taking part in the TRUST challenge may sometimes shorten, but not replace the classic recruitment process. Certain arrangements are subject to local organization and can differ from one country to another. |
